MPPA to Host Leadership Lunch & Learn at May General Membership Meeting


 

The Maryland Public Purchasing Association (MPPA) invites all members to attend the upcoming General Membership Meeting and Staff Appreciation Day on Thursday, May 22, 2025, from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM at Glenwood’s (formerly The Stanford Inn) in Columbia, Maryland.

This month’s meeting offers more than updates and networking—it’s a chance to invest in your own growth as a leader. Our featured speaker presentation comes from a John Maxwell Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach who will present a powerful session inspired by the bestselling book, “Everyone Communicates, Few Connect” by John C. Maxwell. The presentation will explore five core principles and five practical strategies that help leaders connect authentically, build influence, and communicate with purpose.


Whether you're new to leadership or looking to sharpen your skills, this session will deliver actionable insights you can apply immediately—both personally and professionally.
